Workers Comp and Personal Injury Claims

Jeff has been representing me since June 2014 when I was involved in a catastrophic truck crash. He's presently representing me for the Worker's Compensation and third-party case against the other driver that drove into oncoming traffic with a loaded triaxle dump truck and struck my dump truck. T...his guy is the real deal. Whenever I have a question or need assistance regarding anything involving my two cases or a personal matter, he is always right there at the other end of the phone. If I'm up in the middle the night worrying about my case or worrying about my treatment or worrying about temporary disability benefits, I email him or text him knowing that he will contact me first thing in the morning. There are many days that he stops by my house when he's been on the way to Court to answer my questions in person, meet with my family, and help me through this very traumatic time. He also doesn't take any BS. He knows when I have missed doctors appointments, have not been going to therapy, and when I'm not doing what I am supposed to be doing. He can read between the lines and between my words all the time. He makes every effort to get me back on track, give me hope that I'll be able to get back into a truck and hope that we will arrive at a resolution that will get my life back in order. His office is on the ball regarding almost every doctor's appointment, every Court event, every legal aspect of the Worker's Compensation and personal injury case. They are constantly in touch with me and also very approachable, helpful, courteous, professional and downright my new best friends. I know if I have a question I can call Jeff and his staff and if they don't have the answer right then and there, they'll have an answer by the end of the day. I have recommended Jeff to many friends for criminal, civil and Worker's Compensation cases because I know how well, how thorough and how completely he has been representing me and my cases even if they are not done yet. I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you need an attorney Jeff Hark at Hark & Hark is the guy to go to, without a doubt.

One of the Best!

I think Jeffrey Hark is a great attorney. He is straight to the point and he gets the job done. Mr. Hark has represented me in several different matters including workers compensation claims and most recently a slip and fall incident at a store location on ice build-up. Excellent attorney

I have used Mr Hark for several workman comp cases. One being in 2001 for a motor vehicle accident. He just represented me recently and I am very pleased with his representation. Best Attorney Around ... Hands Down!

I'm sitting at my computer looking at a settlement check Mr. Hark provided me today for finishing my workers compensation case. I am a school bus driver that was struck by a landscaping truck with a stoned driver. Thank God none of my children were on the bus as I was between runs heading back in th...e early morning 3 -1/2 years ago. Although it took a while, I know Mr. Hark did everything he could to represent me against the landscape company, the driver who was criminally charged, and my own Worker's Compensation insurance company. I had lots of problems with my neck, back and shoulders as a result of the accident and Mr. Hark did everything he could to make sure I got all of the possible treatment. Mr. Hark always answered my calls, stayed on top of everything and never made me feel uncomfortable about even the smallest question me or my family had about my cases. When it came time to settle the cases he made sure that I got the best result, The Worker's Compensation lien was as little as possible, my child support arrearages were all paid off, and my family was taken care of. Thankfully I never lost my job and I'm back at work doing what I love to do, driving kids to and from school as always. I always tell them to stay in school so they don't become a bus driver. At my job we are told about how dangerous school bus driving is and how the drivers on the road are disregarding our yellow lights and red lights more and more every day. I have read about this on Mr. Hark's website because he updates his website about school bus crashes around the State of New Jersey. I'm sure it's not a question of if I'm going to be in another accident but, when I'm going to be in another accident as a school bus driver. Hopefully it never happens but if it does I will absolutely call Mr. Hark right away and get his name out to every parent who's child is on my bus. He took care of me and my family and I know that he can take care you and your family with reliable, professional and excellent legal services.
