Personal Injury Claim Review

I am writing this review to let everyone know about the excellent job Mr. Hark did for me. Late one night I was crossing the street and was struck by a vehicle causing significant injury to my leg. Mr. Hark took the time to come to my house soon after I got out of the hospital to meet with me an...d my girlfriend. Yes, I said he makes house calls. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. He emailed me regularly and communicated with me through his staff almost weekly. He also personally spoke with me and sent me letters asking me about my medical status so he was informed on a regular basis regarding my progress and eventual discharge. I was pretty impressed with his hands on approach and attention to my details and individual circumstances. After we settled with the driver who struck me and attempted to leave the scene, Mr. Hark was able to obtain additional settlement funds from a resident relative policy in my house. I was totally unaware of this possibility and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did Mr. Hark handle this claim and get me the most available money possible, he did so in less than seven or eight months from the date of loss. I have plenty of friends and acquaintances who are always complaining about how long the legal process takes, how unfair the process is and how their lawyer is not doing this or not doing that for them!! I've got to tell you right now, I can't say that about Mr. Hark. He handled my case professionally, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I always knew what was going on. He always talked to me after my doctors appointments and discharge. He was very effective with the insurance companies and even gave me a hard time when I didn't do what he asked me to do. Essentially he wasn't taking any BS from anybody, including me!!! I hired Mr. Hark after reading the reviews and looking at his website. Initially I was a little skeptical that all the reviews sounded the same. However, after dealing with Mr. Hark firsthand, I realize all the reviews are 100% accurate and honest. I too recommend Mr. Hark 100% and give him five stars for his effort and excellent results he provided me. I am now able to move on with my life. I know if I have any criminal, Worker's Comp. or personal injury issues in the future I will definitely be calling him and recommending him to all of my family and friends.

Best Choice I've Ever Made

It is finally over! The Worker's Compensation case that changed my life is finally over. I'm writing a review for Jeff because he helped get my life back together and helped me move on with my family. This guy is a fighter you definitely need in your corner. He fought for the best medical treatment... for me, continued temporary disability benefits, additional medical treatment, and ultimately achieved the best results for my circumstances. I had another attorney previously but never felt like they worked hard enough for me and tried to get me the best results. I switched to Mr. Hark after reading reviews about him and getting recommended to him by someone. Jeff took my calls at all hours of the day, helped my wife be less scared and got me back on my feet. I'm sure I'm going to need Mr. Hark in the future because I will have the need to re-open my case in the future. I will definitely turn to Mr. Hark as I know he will not back down and roll over against the insurance companies who wanted to stick it to me. I know I have a lot of ego and though I was a tough guy. Jeff stood up to me and redirected me and my family in the best direction. He help me get back on my feet physically, medically, emotionally and psychologically. He also stood up to the insurance company and stopped them from trying to take advantage of me and my family. I would recommend Jeff for any Workers Comp or Civil case you have. If you are not happy with your current attorney and do not think they are doing enough for you as I did two years ago, switch to Mr. Hark because he will absolutely work for you and get you the best results the same way he did for me and my family. Top notch criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter involving my ex-husband. I had previously used a public defender who was attempting to talk me into a state prison term of jail. Not only would this affect my children and my freedom, but I would also lose my nursing license with a criminal conviction o...n my record. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss the case, communicated with me regularly about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the entire case dismissed and thrown out of Court. A Judgment of Dismissal was entered on the day we were scheduled to begin Trial! Mr. Hark believed in me, he believed in the facts of my case and he believe that my husband was attempting to use criminal charges as a means to get at me, my children and my job. I am fortunate now to have a lifelong attorney in Mr. Hark. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and communication skills. He was also willing to enter into a payment plan that worked for my budget. Mr. Hark's staff was always responsive to my needs and made me feel comfortable whenever I called or needed to schedule an appointment. An Attorney that truly works for his clients!

Jeffrey Hark has been my attorney since the late 1990s. He represented me and my sister on a personal injury claim that resulted from a serious motor vehicle crash. Our personal injury claims were resolved in an expeditious manner and the end result was more than we ever expected. Most recently, J...effrey Hark represented me for two Workers Compensation cases. I found Mr. Hark to be extremely knowledgeable in this area and I was very comfortable with him handling these claims. Mr. Hark and his staff always kept me completely updated on any claims he is handling for me. Mr. Hark or a member of his staff always made themselves available to speak me when I called or stopped in with a concern. At this time my two Workers Compensation claims have been successfully resolved and the end result for each claim was more than satisfactory to me. Workers Comp and Personal Injury Claims

Jeff has been representing me since June 2014 when I was involved in a catastrophic truck crash. He's presently representing me for the Worker's Compensation and third-party case against the other driver that drove into oncoming traffic with a loaded triaxle dump truck and struck my dump truck. T...his guy is the real deal. Whenever I have a question or need assistance regarding anything involving my two cases or a personal matter, he is always right there at the other end of the phone. If I'm up in the middle the night worrying about my case or worrying about my treatment or worrying about temporary disability benefits, I email him or text him knowing that he will contact me first thing in the morning. There are many days that he stops by my house when he's been on the way to Court to answer my questions in person, meet with my family, and help me through this very traumatic time. He also doesn't take any BS. He knows when I have missed doctors appointments, have not been going to therapy, and when I'm not doing what I am supposed to be doing. He can read between the lines and between my words all the time. He makes every effort to get me back on track, give me hope that I'll be able to get back into a truck and hope that we will arrive at a resolution that will get my life back in order. His office is on the ball regarding almost every doctor's appointment, every Court event, every legal aspect of the Worker's Compensation and personal injury case. They are constantly in touch with me and also very approachable, helpful, courteous, professional and downright my new best friends. I know if I have a question I can call Jeff and his staff and if they don't have the answer right then and there, they'll have an answer by the end of the day. I have recommended Jeff to many friends for criminal, civil and Worker's Compensation cases because I know how well, how thorough and how completely he has been representing me and my cases even if they are not done yet.
