David S. Kouser

David is the Managing and Senior Partner of Aronberg & Kouser, P.A.. He began employment with the firm in 1975 as a law clerk. After completing law school, David became an associate with the law firm, and has worked his way up to his current position.

David’s primary goal is to shape the overall vision and strategy of Aronberg & Kouser, P.A. He plays a vital leadership role in forming the direction of the firm, and continues to develop the legal strategies that enhance every case that Aronberg & Kouser, P.A. handles.

David’s major strength and what distinguishes both him and Aronberg & Kouser, P.A. from any other law firm, is his focus and commitment to communication with each and every client. David’s willingness to answer all client’s questions and to make himself available at all times is what sets him apart from all the rest.

For over 30 years, David has worked diligently to seek and ensure the best possible results for his clients and is committed to continue to provide the same professional work ethic and to continue to seek out justice and represent the very best interest of his clients.

David practices law in the areas of Personal Injury Litigation to include Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect, Products Liability, Automobile Negligence, Slip and Fall Negligence, and Workers Compensation. David also handles Real Estate, Probate, Family Law and Criminal Defense Matters.

David is a member of the Association of Trail Lawyers of America, Nursing Home Litigation Group, The Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Camden County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of Pennsylvania, The Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

David was born in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1976. He then graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University with his Juris Doctor degree in 1979.

Currently David resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Cheryle and two Golden Retrievers, Bentley and Beau. He is an avid fan of all Philadelphia Sports Teams and enjoys spending time at his homes in Florida and the Jersey Shore
