I'm a lifelong resident of New Jersey. My wife and I have been married for 26 years. We have 2 daughters, a son-in-law, two dogs, a bird and a horse. My law practice is limited to Bankruptcy. As a Master at the Bankruptcy Inn of Court for New Jersey, I've taught the subject to other attornies. I've lectured on Bankruptcy, I've written about it, and most importantly, I've helped many people through the most stressful times of their lives. I believe that everyone deserves a Fresh Start.

My Office and I have worked with Dean Sutton for over 20 years. He is a bankruptcy "go to" expert for us. We regularly refer clients to Dean because of his bankruptcy expertise. Joseph M. Hoffmann, Esq. Newton NJ
I have known Dean Sutton for over thirty years and hold him in the highest regard. I first met Dean as an adversary in bankruptcy court proceedings where he successfully defended against my clients claimes in an adversarial suit. A friendship subsequently developed and over the years I have referred all consumer bankruptcy clients to him. I have consulted Dean on numerous occasions on insurance defense matters where I represented clients in bankruptcy matters and never cease to be impressed at his command of the law and spot on analysis of how a particular bankruptcy Judge will view a case/claime. I have tremendous respect for Dean and cannot think of anouther bankruptcy attorney that I would recommend to someone in need of protection under the bankruptcy code.
