I'm a lifelong resident of New Jersey. My wife and I have been married for 26 years. We have 2 daughters, a son-in-law, two dogs, a bird and a horse. My law practice is limited to Bankruptcy. As a Master at the Bankruptcy Inn of Court for New Jersey, I've taught the subject to other attornies. I've lectured on Bankruptcy, I've written about it, and most importantly, I've helped many people through the most stressful times of their lives. I believe that everyone deserves a Fresh Start.

He's awesome, really. I was drowning in bills due to a variety of issues. Mr Sutton helped me file and wipe out all my bad debt. I was able to keep my house, car, and all my belongings. The only thing I lost was the constant nagging and phone calls from collectors. He was very helpful and respon...

I needed an attorney for my chapter 7 and like everyone in my position I started my research for attorneys. At first, I went for the attorney with the most "reviews" and realized after speaking with the first attorney she was not the right attorney and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I th...

Mr. Sutton is an excellent, ethical attorney. I hired Mr. Sutton, in the middle of a Chapter 13, I needed new representation due to unethical practices with the attorney I had hired at the beginning of our case. In a complex situation, where I felt I did not have adequate representation, Mr. Sutton...

Working with Dean and his staff was such an easy process. I was going thru a very difficult stage in my life and the knowledge that Dean and his team have goes without saying. They supported me 100% of the way. Everytime I would call with any type of question Dean would call back himself within the ...
"My Office and I have worked with Dean Sutton for over 20 years. He is a bankruptcy "go to" expert for us. We regularly refer clients to Dean because of his bankruptcy expertise. Joseph M. Hoffmann, Esq. Newton NJ"
"I have known Dean Sutton for over thirty years and hold him in the highest regard. I first met Dean as an adversary in bankruptcy court proceedings where he successfully defended against my clients claimes in an adversarial suit. A friendship subsequently developed and over the years I have referred all consumer bankruptcy clients to him. I have consulted Dean on numerous occasions on insurance defense matters where I represented clients in bankruptcy matters and never cease to be impressed at his command of the law and spot on analysis of how a particular bankruptcy Judge will view a case/claime. I have tremendous respect for Dean and cannot think of anouther bankruptcy attorney that I would recommend to someone in need of protection under the bankruptcy code."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Sutton is extremely professional and most knowledgeable. Others, including myself, rely on his experience."
"I have known Dean for over twenty years and hold him in the highest regard. I often refer potential Chapter 13 and 7 cases to Dean and he always does an excellent job. I have seen him in action many times and he always gives 100% and the best possible representation for his clients. In sum, I can highly recommend Dean without any hesitation. Vin papalia"
