Amazing! My stress is gone.

He's awesome, really. I was drowning in bills due to a variety of issues. Mr Sutton helped me file and wipe out all my bad debt. I was able to keep my house, car, and all my belongings. The only thing I lost was the constant nagging and phone calls from collectors. He was very helpful and respon...ded quickly to my calls. All my questions and concerns were answered and explained. I didn't know what to expect, and I was still blown away... I would totally recommend Mr Sutton, he really knows what he's doing!

Dean Sutton is an exceptional bankruptcy attorney who I highly recommend.

I highly recommend bankruptcy lawyer Dean Sutton because he is extremely knowledgeable about the ever-changing intricacies of bankruptcy law; he is very approachable and responsive; and he goes above and beyond the call of duty in handling your case. As a lawyer myself, it was important for me to re...tain an expert in bankruptcy law who took a personal interest in my case and did not treat me like a number ... Mr. Sutton exceeded my expectations on all counts. From the moment I met with him at the initial consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Mr. Sutton took his time to ask the necessary questions and get the information he needed to zealously represent me. My confidence in his retention was confirmed at the hearing, when the respect of his colleagues and adversaries became obvious. Even long after my discharge, he jumped in and assisted when a creditor in the bankruptcy sued me to collect on a discharged debt. Had it not been for his swift action and responsiveness, I would have been forced to retain counsel to defend me in that case. Instead, Mr. Sutton's prompt action led to the dismissal of that case. I found Mr. Sutton on Google and met with him for a consultation purely based on geographical convenience. Hiring Mr. Sutton was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I now have a clean slate and have been able to turn my life around. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't change a thing. Mr. Sutton is an incredibly smart attorney, as well as a nice guy and a family man. Although I hope to never need his services again, I would go back in a heartbeat if needed.

"I have known Dean Sutton for over thirty years and hold him in the highest regard. I first met Dean as an adversary in bankruptcy court proceedings where he successfully defended against my clients claimes in an adversarial suit. A friendship subsequently developed and over the years I have referred all consumer bankruptcy clients to him. I have consulted Dean on numerous occasions on insurance defense matters where I represented clients in bankruptcy matters and never cease to be impressed at his command of the law and spot on analysis of how a particular bankruptcy Judge will view a case/claime. I have tremendous respect for Dean and cannot think of anouther bankruptcy attorney that I would recommend to someone in need of protection under the bankruptcy code."
