John handled my criminal case where I had a 1st degree case with heavy evidence built against me but still managed to get it downgraded to a 3rd degree. My case was extremely difficult considering I had been a repeat offender and the county sheriff department hated me. Initially the prosecutor wanted... to give me 3 years in prison with no parole. But with John's expertise he was able to get me drug court which is quite an arduous task considering I had a first degree. During this ordeal I was incarcerated and John was a big emotional support for my family and myself. He constantly made trips to visit me to discuss my case and make sure I was doing fine. Even during the gravest moments in my case he always maintained an aura of optimism and hope. Which can be critical for someone facing heavy prosecution. John was constantly on the phone with the prosecutors and making trips to the court on my behalf even though he had many cases to handle. John may be a very experienced lawyer but he still handles each case as passionately as if it were his first. Most lawyers are told not to form attachments to their clients, but John does anyway because he is a kind hearted individual and he will fight for you as if he were fighting for a family member. Having his representation on my case was priceless. If I ever fall into any predicament again I will always go to him. If anyone I know falls into legal tribulations John is always the first person I recommend. Because from first hand experience I know he will fight with the last fiber of his body on whichever case he takes up.

Long story short, I got arrested for a DUI and careless driving. I had hired a lawyer previous to hiring John and that just didn't go well. He did not meet any of the requirements, I don't want to go into much detail but in conclusion he just wasn't a good lawyer. I spoke to one of my good friends ab...out the whole situation; him and his family advised me that I should go to John and John only. Well I ended up finding out as to why they kept insisting I should go to him. John is professional, organized and knows exactly what he needs to do. I met with him and we sat down for two hours just going over my discovery, for every line he read on the discovery he wrote a note about it. He highlited and must of wrote a good 5-7 pages about things he thought were important on my discovery (something my previous lawyer failed to do). As soon as I met him I told him I wanted him as my lawyer, just by the way he carried himself and how much knowledge he has I just knew I was in great hands. I recently just had my last court date and I am very happy with the results all thanks to John. I advice anyone that is in a situation similar to mine to go to him, I wish I had from the very beginning. Trust me, you will not be dissapointed.
