Get proof that the bank was complicit in your fraud. That would show that the bank has unclean hands and may dismiss their adversary proceeding...

I would have your attorney/CPA analyze Technical Bulletin TB-72. It came out July 3, 2013. I suspect that your service is not subject to sales tax....
