I was in an accident and was referred to him by my father. However, prior to retaining him i went through several other lawyers, who all claimed they reviewed my case and due to a stipulation in my insurance policy i was told there was nothing i can do, after being rear ended at a red light I found t...hat hard to believe, so i sought out laywer after lawyer. Finally, I found Alex, My Savior, after thoroughly reviewing my case he asked why no other lawyer would take it, I explained to him what I was told and he explained just what the problem was. Apparently they all assumed i had a zero tork policy which states you need to be permantly injuried in order to file a claim. He first found that it didnt apply to me, then assisted me in finding and recieving proper medical care. Once I was able to seek medical help we found out I was injuried, my rotator cuff was torn. Turned out I needed surgry and with his help, was able to recieve the surgry at no cost to me. Then we went to court and he had got me $30,0000.00 for the pain and suffering, as well as the hardship due to the totalling of my only vehicle.
