I own a property in NJ and tried to manage it from out of state. I recently had a major tenant issue where the tenants just refused to pay citing problems with the house, while delaying the appointments with contractors. I tried to contact several attorneys via email, voicemail and messaging. S...ince I was not in NJ, I really needed someone whom I can trust and unload the stress off me. I actually left my first message on Saturday and Mr. Kramsky contacted me right away. Of those few who responded, He best explained what my options are, what is involved in each step and how long it will take. Within a month, He was able to get the tenants out. He issued the 3-day notice right away and responded strongly to tenants' subsequent calls and emails. He sensed right away the tenants have done this before where they drag on negotiating and tried to extend their free stay. He did not negotiate and quickly filed a suit. Once court papers were served, the tenants quickly moved out in exchange for dropping the suit. I highly recommend Les Kramsky. I have another case with Mr. Kramsky where I am suing the real estate agents who handed over the keys to the above tenants without securing the move-in deposit in certified funds. I am hopeful that he will be successful in this case as well.

I was selling my property in a transaction that involved a builder as the buyer and 3 separate properties so there were many issues coordinating all the parties. With all the issues that came up, every item was handled and i was kept up to date on the status of the closing. This was not straightfor...ward but the whole law firm did a great job!
