Smooth transaction and professional service
I used this office for a recent condo purchase. My experience with the front office was good they followed through all the required items kept me informed. Lee Lederman was professional and quick to respond. Will definitely use his office again.

Great experience
I used Mr. Lederman for the purchase of my new business. He guided me through the entire process. He helped me negotiate a good lease with the landlord and was very helpful when dealing with the store owner's attorney. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

Great Lawyer
My parents recommended me to Lee Lederman. they had used his services a few years ago and were very happy. I sold my condo in Jersey City and bought a house in Manalapan. I used Mr. Lederman for both deals and couldn't be happier. He and his staff were great to deal with. I highly recommend him!

Very Happy I hired Mr. Lederman
My wife and I hired Lee Lederman to help us with a closing on a house. We had an inspection and the house turned out to have mold and other major problems. With Mr. Lederman's help we were able to easily get all of our money back. We then hired Mr. Lederman for a new transaction and we have since closed on our new home!. Mr. Lederman's office was great to deal with. He and his staff were always responsive to our calls and emails. I highly recommend Lee Lederman!

Excellent Lawyer
I bought a house in October and hired Lee Lederman. Everything went great with the closing. There were some problems with my mortgage but Mr. Lederman and his office were able to get me the right deal. I strongly recommend him if you are buying a house.

Wish he was more responsive
Working with him now for a house that I am buying. Find it very difficult to get a response from his office. I understand that it might be a busy season but then it should not come to his office as a surprise and hence planned for in advance.

Highly disappointed
My first home purchase went pretty well, but my most recent experience let me highly disappointed. Lee has two assistants that handle the attorney review process and paperwork. During this last home purchase, I left my deposit my in escrow on a previous bid that fell through. On the next offer, Tracy forgets all about it and asked to send another deposit. During the actual attorney review process, she forwards me the seller's attorney amendments and asks me to confirm everything. There was no explanation of what was being added or any repercussions. When I queried some of the revisions, I was told that it was the standard language. Now after the fact I'm being told that I have to pay the seller's tax rebate which I wasn't warned about. Just because they deal with these type of transactions every day doesn't mean the rest of us are that well versed. My real estate agent tried to reach out and was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness on their part. All my real estate agent was trying to do was look out for my best interest, and they acted as if they could not be bothered. During the actual closing, Tracy came into the conference room and tossed a ripped up folder with all of the closing document on the table. She proceeds to apologize for the torn folder and then tells us we are done. She could not have been more accurate because I will never work with them again!

Ivan; I was very surprised to read this review. We closed months ago and I had no call, or email from you in anyway indicating that you had a bad experience with us. Every communication between you and our firm had always been amicable. The closing went well. I do though want to respond to your concerns. First, I personally handled the entire attorney review of the contract as I always do. My assistants do not negotiate contracts. I have all of the emails, as do you, clearly showing that. We went over each letter and all were approved by you prior to sending. Second; our office did not forget that you had a deposit from another transaction. We merely needed confirmation from you to apply those funds to the new transaction. Third; yes, our office was contacted by the attorney for the Seller of the house asking for reimbursement for the property taxes. You clearly agreed to this reimbursement in the contract. I can understand that you are not happy with that but to write such false statements in a review for everyone to read is somewhat shocking to me. I sent you an email earlier today to discuss your concerns that you have ignored. We are both professionals and I would always be happy to speak to you.
