Hiring the law office of Les Kramsky was the best decision I ever made. I’ve worked with numerous law firms but this office is the best ever. The amount of work they did and how they handled everything was impeccable. The transparency with each phase was fantastic and they had our best interest from ...the beginning to the end. Although we live in NJ but the closing was in NYC, the office handled the arrangements and even Summer came from NJ and met us in NYC and made the experience smoother than I can ever imagine. Les, Summer and Donyne were phenomenal. They stayed on top of everything from making sure our landlord got us the lease to review in a timely manner, made sure our lease agreement was fair and that our personal assets were protected and made sure to explain everything and made sure we understood the ...important parts of the lease. Would highly recommend Les and his team for any commercial lease agreements!

When my husband and I hired Mr. Kramsky, we requested to speak to him personally. We were told he was away and he would call within the week. He never did. In spite of several requests, we were only able to deal with his Paralegal. The Paralegal was very polite and professional but she made countle...ss mistakes. I have severaI emails of her apologizing for those mistakes but they continued to happen. Our closing was 3 days late because Mr. Kransky's office had overlooked contacting my HOA. The Paralegal even put the wrong selling price on the final docs. My husband and I spent hours researching matters that should have been taken care of by my lawyer. When I emailed questions I rarely got an answer without one or more follow-ups. Overall, what should have been a fast, simple cash deal closing was very stressful.
