I was in the process of buying a property and to make a very long story story there were shady things happening behind the scenes with my agent (who was representing me and the seller) where I was being coerced into signing documents and making agreements for things I knew weren't in my best interes...t so I called Les Kramsky. He was able to help me navigate the situation and ultimately give me the peace of mind knowing I was justified in standing up for myself since my agent wasn't doing that for me. He was very easy to reach every time I was in a crisis and followed up with me constantly to ensure I was doing okay.
