Elliot Steven Solop

I would recommend Elliot Solop to anyone that needs counsel on legal family matters. Mr. Solop truly listens to understand the needs of his clients and in my opinion, fully leverages empathy with his very strong technical legal skills to provide top notch legal advice and representation. Mr. Solop... represented me on a case where the odds did not appear to be in my favor. Mr. Solop was very engaged with me throughout the entire case providing excellent strategic direction every step of the way and as a result, we prevailed. I do think it's important to note that beyond his excellent technical skills, Mr. Solop really cares about his clients. I am in the legal field myself and am often very skeptical by nature but I can honestly say that I am totally impressed with this Mr Solop in every way.

I was one of those fathers in a situation that was in a constant struggle to recieve equal treatment as a parent and equal parenting time. These situations can often get very emotional and he had a way of simplifying the situation so that it did not seem as bad as it was. When it came down to making any decisions, together, we would discuss the options and his guidence always lead me to making the right decisions. Secondly, he always stayed cool, calm, and collective. Once again the other side attempted to bully me and beat me down creating lies and going after my job. Elliot remained patient with the other attorney dispite her resistance and attempts to back door him. Ultimately, Elliot stood his ground and For lack of better words, dominated her in this chess game. Finally, after many phones calls, emails, texts, and long hours of headache, Elliot succeeded in achieving all the things a parent shouldnbe entitled to; my parenting time was equaled, my child support was calculated fairly, he severed the advasary's false sense of control, and I can now live a normal life with my child without any restrictions. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through any bad situation because i believe he truly cares in helping families and their issues.

Not only because he accomplished a far better settlement than anticipated, but for the quality of his services rendered, his immediate responsiveness to all my needs and questions, his knowledge of the law in and utilizing it to my full benefit and his si...ncere compassion in his dealings with me.
