Not only was my divorce immediately contentious, violence and chaos ensued soon after my filing. To be quite frank, I was embarrassed and unprepared. This review is the truth no one wants to say! Be honest with yourself no matter how much you want to believe it is not going to be a battle it will. We all pretend it’s going to be cordial but the reality is that when push comes to shove the gloves are off and you do not want to be the one withou...t the right coach in your corner. I hate to say this but separations / custody / child support etc there is a winner as horrible as that may sound…. Don’t be the party who is unprepared , uneducated and fighting without the right team behind you. Keep in mind that $50 saved is 55k in the next 21 years and that’s the money it takes to be there the way you want for your child or future spouse. Elliot was informative/ educated / strategic and moved the pieces within the fight like a general at war he fought for what was fair but also had a plan to win. I would suggest him to anyone regardless of the issue either big or small not only for the legal advice but for the piece of mind and clarity that will come with having the right person by your side.
