I was one of those fathers in a situation that was in a constant struggle to recieve equal treatment as a parent and equal parenting time. Once again the other side attempted to bully me and beat me down creating lies and going after my job. Elliot remained patient with the other attorney dispite her resistance and attempts to back door him. Ultimately, Elliot stood his ground and For lack of better words, dominated her in this chess game. Finally, after many phones calls, emails, texts, and long hours of headache, Elliot succeeded in achieving all the things a parent shouldnbe entitled to; my parenting time was equaled, my child support was calculated fairly, he severed the advasary's false sense of control, and I can now live a normal life with my child without any restrictions. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through any bad situation because i believe he truly cares in helping families and their issues.
