Elliot Steven Solop

Elliot is a Partner at Solop & Bondarowicz, LLC.  He was previously a Partner at Dwyer, Bachman, Newman & Solop. He was also previously associated with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, P.C. in Ocean. His practice is devoted to matrimonial and family law. He earned his B.S., cum laude, in Finance from Montclair State University in 2009 and his J.D. from New York Law School in 2012. He is admitted to practice in both NJ and NY.

After the completion of his law school studies, Elliot served as a law clerk to the Hon. John A. Jorgensen, JSC of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County. During his clerkship, he handled a variety of matrimonial matters including issues such as child custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence, emancipation, equitable distribution, and visitation. 

Elliot was the Middlesex County Bar Association 2014 Young Lawyer of the Year. He is an active member of the Middlesex County Bar Association (Trustee and Chair of the Sports & Entertainment Law Committee), Middlesex County Bar Foundation (Secretary), Ocean Chamber of Commerce (board member), and Monmouth Bar Association. Additionally, he co-authored a chapter on Intellectual Property Rights and Endorsement Agreements for the New York State Bar Association’s publication In the Arena: A Sports Law Handbook (2013).
