An Excellent Lawyer with Knowledge, Integrity, and Compassion

Tim Anderson was our defense attorney for Federal charges in this difficult and involved criminal case. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, he was very compassionate and reached out to us frequently, keeping us informed throughout the process. He also maintained contact with oth...er professionals instrumental in the defense. In the midst of handling this case, he experienced flooding in his home due to the hurricane, but never mentioned it to us, and never missed a beat. I have a tremendous amount of respect and appreciation for Tim as a human being, and most certainly for his exemplary professionalism and honesty as our lawyer.... He maintained a high level of care and attention for our family.... even while dealing with his own crisis. I highly recommend Tim Anderson. If you need representation... you will be in very compassionate and capable hands.

Tim is an exceptional advocate for his clients

Tim Anderson is an exceptional advocate for his clients. We retained Tim's services two years ago in a challenging case invloving a juvenile (age 17) facing felony charges. He successfully negotiated an arrangement for community service, outpatient treatment of drug and alcohol issues and no time s...erved. With Tim's support and expertise, the judge ultimately "stayed adjudication," and after all of the conditions were successfully completed, the case was "discharged without adjudication" -- in other words, dismissed without a conviction. We found Tim to be: very accessible, approachable, open, very easy to work with and communicate with, someone who puts clients at ease and fully explains and makes sure that they are comfortable with the process and completely understand their options and the potential consequences. Tim is open to understanding the needs of his clients, he is an active, engaged listener, he digs deeper to get the full context of the situation. Tim Anderson is a powerful advocate â€“ always fully informed on all aspects of the situation and on all of the legal issues of the case; Tim conducts himself in a polite, polished and professional manner in a variety of settings, he is excellent at maintaining appropriate professional relationships with clients, attorneys, judges and court officers.
