Thorough, kind, professional

Tim and his assistant Dan are fantastic. My company and I were being investigated through the federal government. I retained a high profile, well-known criminal law firm in Newark NJ and was not a priority and the firm seemed uninterested in assisting me - just being paid, and getting my case resol...ved for them as fast as possible. After some research I learned I could secure another attorney to represent me. I spoke to several and felt Tim was the most genuine. He offered hours of his time, prior to asking for a retainer. Tim did more in two weeks then the other law firm did in 2 months. Tim and his team provided much needed, emotional support, legal advice and understanding during the investigation. Once I obtained the services of Timothy Anderson - the prosecutor and his team spoke twice - and never contacted him again. I feel confident that his diligence, knowledge and level of expertise would have led to a favorable decision if my case did progress. My advice - if you ever find yourself a subject of a criminal investigation - interview the attorney, read reviews, and pay whatever it takes. Big high profile firms that represent individuals on TV (housewives), may not be your best option.

Right lawyer for a difficult situation

A family member was stopped, questioned, searched and arrested without probable cause. Tim stood firm in his belief that an improper search and seizure would not hold up in the light of day. Through perseverance and the submission of solid legal briefs all evidence was excluded and charges expung...ed. I found Tim to be a calming presence in an otherwise stressful situation. He was patient when patience was called for and assertive when need be. He showed genuine caring for his client and was focused on helping us move forward with life beyond the charges at hand.

An Excellent Lawyer with Knowledge, Integrity, and Compassion

Tim Anderson was our defense attorney for Federal charges in this difficult and involved criminal case. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable and dedicated, he was very compassionate and reached out to us frequently, keeping us informed throughout the process. He also maintained contact with oth...er professionals instrumental in the defense. In the midst of handling this case, he experienced flooding in his home due to the hurricane, but never mentioned it to us, and never missed a beat. I have a tremendous amount of respect and appreciation for Tim as a human being, and most certainly for his exemplary professionalism and honesty as our lawyer.... He maintained a high level of care and attention for our family.... even while dealing with his own crisis. I highly recommend Tim Anderson. If you need representation... you will be in very compassionate and capable hands.
