Prior to launching The Grossman Law Firm, I spent numerous years working in various personal injury law firms across the state. The firm’s motto, “Because It’s Personal,” comes straight from my approach to clients, which is dedicated to personally getting to know you and your family. I focus exclusively on accident cases. I firmly believe that to achieve the just outcome for my clients that I know all aspects of what you are going through both emotionally and financially as the result of your accident.  

Passionate 

 I am passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured who through no fault of their own have suffered from physical injuries and often deep emotional scars after trauma.  My clients run the gammet of all areas of personal injuries.  Some examples of my clients are victims of the following: car accidents, truck accidents, dog attacks, work place injury, pharmacy errors, construction accidents and more.

I am by nature confident but NEVER arrogant. I love taking on the powerful insurance companies on behalf of people that seek fairness and justice but far to often experience delay, deny and defend tactics of not only the liable party's insurance company but that of their own insurance company as well.

I believe I have been so successful at helping my clients for the past 15 years deal with what often becomes life altering injuries and financial ruins simply because I am personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and sincere. I truly believe that insurance company adjusters understand that if we must proceed to trial that we will fight for the jury to see the truth and retain top notch experts depending on the specific facts of the case ie: engineers, economists, vocational experts, accident reconstructionists, nuerosurgeons, nuerologists, orthopedists, pain management  and TBI or traumatic brain injury rehabilitation experts.
