I recently had to go to quart for a speeding citation. Mr. Pfersich personally talked to the prosecutor in my defense and got my case dismissed completely. What a guy. It seemed he knew the prosecutor personally but when I asked him about their relation he informed me he met him on the day. He has a ...way of putting a positive spin on things and it certainly influenced the prosecutor to my benefit. I walked with no points and a minimal fine. He couldn't have been more helpful. I recommend him in a heartbeat.

Roughly 6 months ago I was in a hurry to get home from work to pick up my son from daycare. Due to construction, I had to take a detour down a side street. After exiting the side street back onto the main road a police officer pulled me over and wrote me several tickets (speeding - 38 in a 25, care...less driving, failure to stop at a stop sign). I explained to the officer that I was in a hurry and just trying to keep up with the cars in front of me but unfortunately I was still issued the tickets.
