just bought a home using Mr Gutman as my attorney. As i did not know who to hire my broker recommended this office. It was not an easy process and had a few obstacles but Michael and his whole staff were all great and very helpful. They were even available on weekends to answer my questions . I actually met Michael in 2001 when I bought my first house and he was the seller's attorney. I was so impressed that when I bought my new house in 2017 I retained him. Coincidentally, my real estate agent also independently recommends him to all of her client. He and his staff are exceptional. T...hey are very knowledgeable, professional and personable.
