This is one superb lawyer for a criminal case. He helped me through a tough time and kept me at ease from beginning to the end of the case which was a real nightmare for me. He got me a deal to keep me out of jail when it looked like it was going to be impossible to do that. Always reviewed all of... the paperwork and gave me all the time I wanted to meet or talk to him, even late at night. I got this lawyer through another lawyer in New Jersey for my very heavy criminal case that was being brought against me by the attorney general office in Jersey. The case finally ended the other month and I told him I was going to write this review. He said not necessary, but I am doing it anyway ...because of what he did for me. I was arrested with 7 other guys and the main target of a criminal indictment involving complicated business deals and the indictment said I did a lot of things that violated different criminal laws in this state. I did not think I was a criminal and I will say that but for this lawyer, I really could have been in a prison cell for 20 years and 10 years of no parole. That would have made me lose everything. When it was all finished after the 3rd year of the case, I got absolutely no jail except for the day I was arrested, and got the PTI diversion to divert me out of the criminal case completely. Michael is hard working, honest, always available and even gave me his home number, super smart, and a real good lawyer and advisor to have when you have a serious case and want a lawyer that will do what it takes to get the best you can. He read and knew every piece of paper they gave us in the case and that meant thousands and thousands pieces of paper. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has full integrity. I even gave the lawyer that gave me his name and number a Christmas gift to show my appreciation. My parents just got back all the bail they put up for me which was like their life savings after they sold their house and that is really great. This is a lawyer who gives lawyers a good name. A++++

hired michael for my wife's case, after we spent a ton of money on 2 other lawyers that couldn't get her anything better than a few years in jail which she almost took just to end it because that is what they get pushing her to do over and over. then we hire michael after we got a good reference for... him from retired prosecutor and he took over the case. and when he could not get a good plea for her from the prosecuting lawyer in her case, he decided that a trial with a jury was the way to go. judge said if she lost trial she could get up to 10 or 15 years jail. Then Picked the jury, and after the second witness, my wife got a diversion program with pti, so no criminal record for her. That is very important with her high job level at investment bank. He is easy going guy, got along really nice with the woman prosecuting the case and with the judge. from what we saw he has a low key nice guy style in courtroom that makes him liked by lawyers, judge, and his own client. so use this lawyer if you have a criminal case and want the best. legal fee was money well spent. This lawyer got me a not guilty from a jury when I was facing 10 years state time. Mike always told me what was going on with the case, gave me the upside and the downside for more than 2 years. 3 real tense days waiting the jury and they said not guilty and it's done. knows what he's doing and wa...s worth the fee so I wrote this review. I recommend him for sure.

Twice I was saved by Michael Chazen he knows the law very good & knows how to be aggressive with it in court to win the case or trail while at the same time be professional so he is also feared by most prosecutors & respected by judges & other lawyers for being extremely brilliant tough to beat attor...ney that dose everything possible to win the case for his clients best lawyer u can hire for all types legal problems cuz even if he refers u to other attorney they will represent u to the maximum capability cuz that's what's expected from Michael CHazen so any1 he recommends as he did for me once is going to work hard win the case to keep his reputation going 99% trails & cases won.
