Excellent Attorney Against Aggressive Collection Firms!
We all at some point fall under financial stress. I am no different. Even though I made efforts to pay back my debts and not file for bankruptcy, there was a bank that would not work with me, Citibank. I can say that other banks worked with me and helped me repay. Unfortunately it led to judgement and eventually, recently wage garnishing. The practice was so aggressive by the Collecting Law Firm, and the information so misleading and empty that I needed help. Edward Hanratty has represented me in two case. One in which a settlement was agreed and most recently, an illegitimate wage garnishing. He was able to have the wage garnishing dismissed and now we are proceeding to have the judgement disposed of. Very professional and determined, Ted Hanratty's commitment to helping you is genuine. I am grateful that I have met him!
