I'm a first time buyer and this short sale took just over a year to close. Once the seller banks (yes there were two) approved there was a major crunch time to get everything signed off and close. This is where Kevin Uniglicht showed his knowledge and expertise in getting everyone (Seller side/ Title... company/ Buyer side) on the same page and closing. Kevin was great in suggesting ways to rectifying some issues and even helped the seller attorney to resolve an issue.
