Bill was the lawyer assigned to my case over seven years ago, it was a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against me by a disgruntled former employee. After our initial consultation I Knew the right person was representing me, Bill was very specific and professional when it came to telling me how these... types of cases played out even though he knew I was emotionally upset about the entire lawsuit. Bill kept me calm and reassured me continually. If I ever needed to reach out to Bill he was there and if he was out he would always respond back to me in a very timely manner. Bills attention to detail relative to gathering information was impressive, he was able to acquire information about the person suing me that clearly outlined a serious pattern of vindictive behavior that was going to be helpful in defending me if it were to go to trial. Over the three years or so that this case dragged out (no fault to Bill) he continuously kept me in the loop, again understanding the personal grief it was causing me he was always assuring but on point. Prior to every deposition Bill would spend whatever time he felt I needed to prep, I have testified many times prior to this case as well as given many depositions but I have never been the target of a lawsuit like this and it was emotionally draining, Bill understood that and kept me strong. While the case never did go to trial (much to our disappointment) by the time this was settled Bill had everything he needed to completely destroy the allegations levied against me by my former employee if it were to go to trial. As previously mentioned this was one of the most upsetting things I had ever had happen to me, being falsely accused of something so offensive and having my good reputation tarnished was something I was having a lot of difficulty with. Bill put it all in perspective and explained to me how and why people like the person suing me are able to exist. The impact that Bill made on me was so great that we have remained in contact even after this case has been resolved. Bill was the consummate professional.
