Thorough, kind, professional

Tim and his assistant Dan are fantastic. My company and I were being investigated through the federal government. I retained a high profile, well-known criminal law firm in Newark NJ and was not a priority and the firm seemed uninterested in assisting me - just being paid, and getting my case resolved for them as fast as possible. After some research I learned I could secure another attorney to represent me. I spoke to several and felt Tim was the most genuine. He offered hours of his time, prior to asking for a retainer. Tim did more in two weeks then the other law firm did in 2 months. Tim and his team provided much needed, emotional support, legal advice and understanding during the investigation. Once I obtained the services of Timothy Anderson - the prosecutor and his team spoke twice - and never contacted him again. I feel confident that his diligence, knowledge and level of expertise would have led to a favorable decision if my case did progress. My advice - if you ever find yourself a subject of a criminal investigation - interview the attorney, read reviews, and pay whatever it takes. Big high profile firms that represent individuals on TV (housewives), may not be your best option.

Very thorough and helpful

Mr. Anderson went over the details of my case with me, as well as contacting the agencies involved to try to understand the situation I was in. He interviewed my as length to understand all that had occurred, and thankfully nothing came of the case. He helped to keep me calm and rational during everything that occurred, and that was something that was also very needed during that time.

Tim Anderson has been my attorney for over five years representing me in the most difficult and complex case imaginable. Tim is an attorney that actually cares about his clients. We worked very closely together, and yes even Sundays during the planning stages. Because of the complexity of the case, most attorneys would have gone for a settlement, collected their fee and you're screwed. Highly recommended lawyer!

I would highly recommend Tim Anderson as your lawyer. Tim helped my mother in a difficult federal case dealing with Medicaid. My mother is an immigrant from Ukraine and was going through a hard time dealing with her previous lawyer with whom she had a serious lack of communication and understanding. It was simply too overwhelming for her to be confronted with all the complicated and confusing court dealings and not have any concrete explanation as to the law and how best to proceed. Luckily, she found Tim online and made a timely and appropriate switch of counsel. If not for Tim's painstaking effort and hard work in resolving her matter before the court; I do not think that her case would come out in any way favorable to her. If you are looking for a good and honest lawyer then you should go with Tim.

Rare to Find An Attorney Who is Considerate and Cares

I had the opportunity to discuss my legal issues with attorney Anderson, despite not meeting in person. Unlike any other attorney, I found him to review and understand my issues at hand and offered me a straight forward accurate assessment....my case is past statue of limitations. His office did not try to shake me down for initial consultation fee. He appears to be considerate and caring at a human level and treats people in need with respect. There are not too many attorney around who would be willing to help, without first asking "what's in it for me". All I can say is his approach to communicate with me helped me significantly, and earned himself my respect during the encounter.

Although we met by my very unfortunate circumstances, I was quite fortunate to have retained the skilled representation of Tim, along with the assistance of fellow attorney Dan Pedersen from his office. Right lawyer for a difficult situation

A family member was stopped, questioned, searched and arrested without probable cause. Tim stood firm in his belief that an improper search and seizure would not hold up in the light of day. Through perseverance and the submission of solid legal briefs all evidence was excluded and charges expunged. I found Tim to be a calming presence in an otherwise stressful situation. He was patient when patience was called for and assertive when need be. He showed genuine caring for his client and was focused on helping us move forward with life beyond the charges at hand.
