Jonathan was very reassuring during our initial consultation, when we were feeling hopeless. He counseled us and in several months was able to obtain a modification we had been trying independently to obtain from our mortgage company. We did not have to continuously contact him; they are very effic...ient and competent. We were able to rest assured he was advocating on our behalf, as agreed. Even after receiving the modification he vowed to continue working on the terms with our mortgage company, had already sent communication to them before we met with him to discuss the terms set forth. He is not arrogant and made us feel as if he genuinely is concerned about our situation.
