This man is a scam artist. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I can see now how deceitful and misleading he was. From day one interacting with him it was a lie. We were told without a doubt from all of his experience that we would qualify for a chapter 7. Not only did that not happen. But we ended up in a... chapter 13 paying 100% of the bebt back! Now I'm searching for a second job as well as my wife to try and afford the massive monthly payment. A real attorney would have known this from the start and never advised to go through with it. All he cared about was his money that he made off of a family struggling to stay afloat because I lost my well paying job due to matters out of my control. Do yourself a favor and seek better representation!
