Knowledgeable, Ethical and a Genius!

I was recently put into a conundrum where while renewing my driver's license in CA, I was told that there was a stop on it in NJ. Note, that I had resided in CA since 2018, and this happened on a 2021 renewal and shell-shocked, after contacting the NJ DMV, being on hold for hours waiting for someone ...to come to the line and having my request and pleas turned down, I was a nervous wreck since I was so worried that I would have to fly down to NJ to resolve this, in times of Covid not knowing if and how long that would take! Note, that this whole situation was caused by my a mistake from insurance company while moving states in 2018. I was already in correspondence with the DMV when I stumbled upon Jonathan Marshall due to their ratings on google. I had already given up on the NJ DMV by now! I called them around midnight, and the next morning Paul reached out to me. Paul is a honest and brilliant attorney who knows the system as well as anyone. He was able to guide me on exactly what the DMV would want from me. I immediately knew that I had gotten lucky. Paul, in-fact advised me to call the DMV again before I paid a retainer, this time by going the extra mile by advising me exactly on what to ask my insurance company for and going back with a specific letter drafted from them that would elucidate the whole situation as well as suggesting an alternative course of action even when I didn't have the receipt for plates returned in 2018! And when after 40 minutes, I managed to speak to a DMV representative, I was able to use the advice and evidence from Paul's call to miraculously get the NJ stop lifted on the call itself (with a minor fee for a restoration), saving me a massive headache in sleepless nights, time and money. I am extremely grateful to Paul and his firm for going above and way beyond in what was just a consultation and when I called back to thank Paul and the firm, they just shrugged it off saying that they were happy to help my family and me. I highly recommend Paul and again, I am extremely grateful to him! Paul's a genius!

Best Lawyer Ever!

Paul is a fantastic lawyer. He’s incredibly thorough and hardworking. He was communicative and helped me navigate my court case and my argument with precision. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to hire counsel.

The Best of the Best

Paul is truly a genius. He advocated very fervently and passionately for my case. Due to him, my case was dismissed. He was always available, ready to help at any given moment, and reassured my throughout the process. I couldn't have imagined going through this without his help, assurance, and suppor...t. He is amazing and god-sent. He has truly put in a lot of effort to get my case dismissed. I had expected a downgrade but he has gotten the best possible outcome for me. He was very passionate, patient, and he was willing to answer the several questions I had. He is truly a wonderful human being.

I made the best choice

Paul and his firm really was a life saver. I received a CDS in a Motor Vehicle Charge (Marijuana) in Essex county. I called several attorneys and I knew right away that they’d be a good choice simply by the amount of information he gave me in regards to my case during our consultation. When he told ...me their prices and payment plans it was a done deal. Throughout the whole procedure he was patient and diligent answering each and every question. He explained each possible outcome and discussed our game plan. Everything happened how he said it would. We made our plea, took our stand and when the plaintiff couldn’t produce documents/evidence that Paul asked for, we got the case dismissed! That comes to show his experience in the field. Not to mention his presence in the courtroom. His composure was calm and collective. The judges and prosecutors know and respect him. I’ll be sure to use him in the future.
