Dismissed Charges

Fantastic down to earth experienced!

Hired Mr. Koutouzakis for some false claim legal issues. Paul was very empathetic to the situation and understood magnitude of stress this was causing. Paul is very experienced, yet very down to earth. Just a nice person overall! He was able to ease anxiety while navigating the system. Case ultimat...ely ended in a positive way and very thankful having Paul as my attorney!

Better call Paul!

To start if you need a lawyer who doesn’t back down for the best outcome and truly cares for his clients, Paul is 100% your man to call! I hired Paul for a TRO case, he worked his magic and got my TRO dismissed. I was also facing a 2nd degree felony and could’ve landed me 10 years behind bars but Pau...l wouldn’t take that as an option. He made sure the truth was known and saved me from spending time behind bars and having my record ruined. I can’t thank him enough for that. Paul is the best man for the job!!

OUTSTANDING Attorney!

I was involved in a harassment/simple assault case, where charges were filed against me as well as the other party. Not only was this upsetting, but I had never been involved in anything like this before. Paul guided me through every step of the process, speaking to me on numerous occasions prior to ...my court hearing. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He really made me feel like I was in the best possible hands throughout the process. We just had my court hearing and through Paul's expertise and relationship with the prosecutor, he managed to get my charges dismissed and all records immediately expunged.
