No Nonsense

Alexis took my case involving a contract I had with another attorney, and possible malpractice, for not complying with the terms of the contract. Alexis pressed every issue she was knowledgeable about pertaining to contract law and malpractice. Alexis managed to get this attorney to agree with the te...rms of the contract. Alexis worked diligently and never backed down. She kept me posted throughout the entire process, and answered every question in a professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend Alexis, as she is the bulldog you want on your side.

Highly Recommended

My husband and I hired Alexis for a civil lawsuit- regarding a home property contract. My husband and I had never been sued before, and the whole thing was initially incredibly stressful. Alexis was brought on in the middle of the lawsuit, and it was smooth sailing from there. She does her homework, ...and knows all of the facts and smallest details inside and out. Alexis did the depositions of the opposing party, and was fantastic in action. Alexis is a fighter, and she was able to get the opposing party to say so many things that later hurt them in the final ruling. Once the final ruling came out, Alexis was able to recommend our options, describing the pros and cons of each option, with accuracy, warmth, and even a little bit of humor. I wouldn't wish a lawsuit on anybody, but if it happens - hire Alexis. She will be the strong force in a difficult time and will get the whole situation handled quickly and in a way that's most favorable to you.
