Poor answer

Asked if a specifice small claims suit was tort or breach of contract. He never answered my question, just told me why I should hire a lawyer)

That is actually not at all true. I directly answered your question. You asked if you could sue in contract or tort for a bad credit report. I explained that you could do neither, because the Fair Credit Reporting Act prohibits direct actions for bad credit decisions, and requires instead that you first send a Credit Reporting Act letter, explaining the error and requesting a research and correction. I also explained that this is a complex area of the law and that I have not seen successful resolutions of these cases when handled pro se. This would be especially true and a) the credit victim tries to sue directly without first sending a Credit Reporting Act letter and b) gets upset when an attorney explains how the law works and provides solid, real advice on how to move forward.

A Class Act

I called Joshua with a foreclosure issue that was a bit out of the ordinary, he answered my questions and even formally introduced me to another attorney that he felt could be a better fit for my situation. Joshua Wood Denbeaux is truly a Class Act.

Call Josh 1st!

I highly recommend attorney Josh Denbeaux! You've hit the jackpot in attorney Josh Denbeaux IF you're looking for a bankruptcy attorney who is knowledgeable, competent, and responsive. Timeline in my case bears this out: ~ 1/22/2022: Via email received same day referral to local attorney. ... ~ 1/22/2022: Same day follow-up via email from local attorney. ~ 1/26/2022: Free phone consult with local attorney who gave me the comfort and clarity I needed to understand where I am in my bankruptcy process, and what my options are as far as keeping my home of 24 years. BTW, clarity I had sought in writing and by phone since 12/8/2021 (documented), and did NOT receive from my own bankruptcy attorney of 3 years. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend attorney Josh Denbeaux. He's the bankruptcy attorney, I 100% believe, you want in your corner for the best outcome in your situation!

This is the good that comes from taking a call, and helping someone even though you are never going to be able to see a fee. This reviewer contacted me even though she was out of state. I was able to identify the problem and get her to the right attorney with an email of thoughts on the scope of the case. And from that, I get a happy consumer, a wonderful review, a new follower to my Youtube channel and a new friend! All is good in this weird, weird world today.

Professional and straight forward

I would recommend Josh Denbeaux 100%. He is straight forward, honest and pulls no punches. Having to contact an attorney is stressful enough, but having one that listens, and doesn’t waste your time with pie-in-the sky ideas is invaluable. He has a strong understanding of NJ law and will give you his... opinion - I have found him to be only professional and honest.

Would have done better representing myself.

Took payments regularly but farmed out the work to staff who were regularly MIA. Lack of communication, not told his employee handling the case quit the firm. More than once ! No replies to emails. Put up little to no legal arguments to defend me. The foreclosing bank dismissed there own case and I s...till lost my home.
