Josh is a great guy. He spent an hour & a half with me on a free consultation. He reviewed my case and discussed it with me in an honest & concise way. I would also like to thank his staff. They all went out of their way to be helpful.

I first went to see Joshua Denbeaux 5-6 years ago when we were threatened with foreclosure. I didn't feel hiring him at that time was our strongest position because we were in no position for attorney's fees. It's five years after our loan modification. I misunderstood the bank speak of the terms of the loan. He clarified it all for me, explained what will happen in the future and assured me I still have a good deal. All this in the free consultation session. I highly recommend him because he has drive and is not afraid to stand up to the banks.

Josh represented my husband and me in a case brought by our landlord. Not only did he do a superb job but he went out of his way to keep us informed and walk us through every aspect of a very stressful case.
Virginia Fortunato, Chapter 13 bankruptcy Attorney

I endorse this lawyer. Josh is a very intelligent and hard-working attorney. State Court staff recently advised me that the briefs he submits are some of the most thorough and well reasoned briefs that are submitted to the Court in foreclosure matters.
