Biography
Roberto Cuan is an experienced trial attorney who handles all kinds of commercial and criminal disputes, as well as residential and commercial real estate matters.
After law school, Mr. Cuan served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. While there, Mr. Cuan prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, litigating against some of the finest trial attorneys in the country.
Since his service as a prosecutor, Mr. Cuan has handled a variety of litigation matters, as well as real estate transactions, and property tax appeals.
Mr. Cuan is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and New York State. He is also admitted to the bar of the United States District Court of New Jersey and is fluent in Spanish
