We worked with Roberto on the purchase of our first home (a condo actually). In summary, Roberto was wonderful and we would recommend him and his support team highly. In a free initial consultation Roberto provided an overview of the purchase process and quoted a flat fee for his services. He explain...ed all aspects of the transaction to us in clear, easy to understand language, and throughout the purchase process patiently answered all our questions (and we had a lot!). He also made sure the purchase contract included additional protections for us that had not been sufficiently spelled out in the original (standard) contract. When we closed, his bill did not exceed the initial fee we had been quoted. We would engage Roberto again without hesitation for any future real estate transactions.
