Michael David Baer

Recently we had to do a closing for my in-laws home. My in-laws were recently deceased and I knew it would be complicated and emotionally difficult. I was referred to Michael Baer for the closing. Michael made the entire process very easy. He answered all my questions and was available whenever I nee...ded him. He was very knowledgeable when it came to real estate and knew how to help us- as we weren't the owners of the house but the beneficiary of the estate. If we asked him to help with something his answer was always sure, no problem. I would work with him again.

I needed a Lawyer and did a thorough online search. When I first saw Mr. Baer's Attorney ratings, I was a bit suspicious due to the overwhelming number of positive comments (I typically don’t trust online ratings). After hiring him to represent me, I can now honestly say that he deserves every posi...tive comment and more! He clearly explained the law and options I had. He and his staff worked fast and skillfully managed a mountain of confusing legal paperwork and filings. In court, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Michael Baer has changed my mind totally of what I felt about all Lawyers. My experience in the past with Attorneys have been all about Money, Money & billing for more Money. They wanted to most amount of money for the least amount of work done. Never feeling they were on my side to get Justice. But,... after dealing with Michael Baer for the last year I feel I found a diamond in the rough. He is respectful, listens to all my concerns and is Very knowledgeable of the law & the system. I felt well represented and was very confident I picked the right Attorney. I'm still blown away that I found a Lawyer that was about justice first for me. I would always recommend Michael because Integrity goes a long way in my book.
