Michael Baer handled the simultaneous sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. I can tell you that selling and buying at the same time is one of the most stressful times of your life as both transactions have to be seamless otherwise both fall through. The process was very smooth as he communicated every step of the way and made me and my family comfortable that he had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We didn’t miss a beat with him being out of the country as he has an amazing team that was ready willing and able to take care of everything even with him thousands of miles away. Through the inspections and appraisals he was cool, calm, and collected. Any hiccup that came up he dealt with and made sure that both deals were on track.
