Biography
As of January 1, 2016, Brian’s former law practice, Cavalli and McCann (with Partner, Christopher R. Cavalli), merged into Callagy Law, P.C. His primary focus at Callagy Law is leading the new Family Law Department. He is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney(New Jersey Supreme Court, 2010). Brian is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey (2000) and New York (2003). Prior to opening his own practice, he was an attorney at Robert T. Corcoran, P.C., Associates. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk for theHonorable Edward V. Torack (1999-2000).
Brian is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section. He is also a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and is a former Co-Chair for their Family Law Committee. Brian is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section.
