To Whom it may concern, As of July 2013, a retainer was given to Louis Capazzi to represent Maritza to provide services towards filing for Bankruptcy. The amount given was $350 in exchange for Mr. Capazzi contacting my creditors and inform them of my recent filling for Bankruptcy. He was also aske...d to complete the Bankruptcy process, which he has not done either as promised. For the past year, he has provided me with incorrect documentation in regards to my bankruptcy and has been extremely inconsistent and unprofessional. He has shown lack of interest in my case, and has not provided any supporting documentation to show he has even filed for my Bankruptcy. Creditors have now been contacting me in hopes of receiving payments for my outstanding debts. However, as my lawyer he has urged me to not pay, not respond and divert the calls to his office. I have not been able to get in contact with him by email or phone and I am very concerned on how I am going to proceed. This has caused an inordinate amount of stress on myself and my family, and is not acceptable. He seems to have moved offices, out of Oradell, NJ without notification and altered his specialist to now be focused on Immigration Law. LOU CAPAZZI WILL NOT ANSWER ME AT ALL. I CALL ALL THE TIME I E-MAIL HIM AND NOTHING.. - POOR I will like to get my money back...

In the beginning he did help keep us, to stay in are home ,and told me when and if the time came when I had to leave he would inform me .Ive been sent papers stating my home is going to the judge for auction basically and i have not heard from Loius or his staff . we should have been referred to anot...her lawyer at least . now what ??? we have been screwed from the mortgage companies lost a home in a fire and now we are going to lose this home thanks Louis ..

I HAVE BEEN WITH LOU FOR 5 YEARS. HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET MY HOUSE BACK OR WE WOULD SUE. THAT IS ALL HE TALKED ABOUT, IF WE DIDN'T GET THE PRICE HE WANTED FOR MY HOUSE WE WILL SUE. MY HUSBAND AND I KEPT TELLING HIM WE DIDN'T WANT TO SUE, ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR HOUSE, BUT STILL ALL HE TALKED AB...OUT WAS SUING EVERYONE. EVERY TIME WE WOULD CALL HE WOULD TELL US HE TALKED WITH THE ATTORNEY FOR THE MORTGAGE COMPANY, BUT ONE DAY I JUST GOT TIRED OF HEARING HIM SAY THAT AND GIVE US NO ANSWERS. SO I CALLED MYSELF TO FIND OUT THAT HE NEVER TALKED TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES ATTORNEY THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW I WANTED MY HOUSE! THIS MAN DID NOTHING FOR ME FOR 5 YEARS AND NOW IT MAY BE TO LATE TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO MY NAME BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. LOU WILL DO NOTHING FOR, BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. LOU IS ONLY OUT FOR THE MONEY! I AM SO HEARTBROKEN OVER ALL THIS AND ON SO MUCH MEDICATION BECAUSE OF THE STRESS HE PUT ME UNDER ALL THESE YEAR! DO NOT EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY! HE WENT OUT ON DISABILITY AND NEVER EVEN TOLD US WE NEEDED ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

Louis Capazzi and his staff are horrible. I've called the office numerous times and no one picks up and the same thing goes for e-mails. I consistently kept trying to contact him because I found out that after 8 months of handling my loan modification case that he didn't even do anything but take my ...money. He charged me $3000 for his services and then 2 months later he asked for more money. His secretary Jeanette Bello would lie to me and say that Louis was working hard on my case and that he was very close to finishing my case which wasn't true. I went to a real estate agent and he informed me that Louis never even started on my case after 8 months. I was furious so I tried to reach Louis via email, telephone and even at his office. He would never pick up or reply back. I stopped by his office several times and he locked his office doors and covered up all the windows with shades so no one could see inside the office. One day I stopped by his office again and found another one of his clients outside of his office trying to see him because he had paid Louis $5000 for his case and he was about to be foreclosed. While talking to his client outside of Louis's office door for about 20 minutes Louis actually came out. I told him I wanted all my files back and that I wanted all the money that I had paid him because he never did anything for my case but waste my time. He clearly told me that he couldn't do anything for my case which made me furious because he still kept asking for money. He ended up giving me my money back in 3 separate checks with different dates on it but he was still short $2000 but he told me he was going to give them to me in June but never received them. A few weeks later after getting my documents and money back he calls me and tells me that he has a new immigration program going on which guarantees his clients a permanent residency in just 1 month and that for every client that I recommended to him he would me pay me $300. I also got the same call and email from his secretary I told them to stop and to leave me alone, I wasn't going to recommend them to anyone because they were both scammers. I would NEVER recommend Louis Capazzi and his staff of National Law services to anyone because all he will do is take your money and never respond back to you unless he wants more money.
