I HAVE BEEN WITH LOU FOR 5 YEARS. HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET MY HOUSE BACK OR WE WOULD SUE. THAT IS ALL HE TALKED ABOUT, IF WE DIDN'T GET THE PRICE HE WANTED FOR MY HOUSE WE WILL SUE. MY HUSBAND AND I KEPT TELLING HIM WE DIDN'T WANT TO SUE, ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR HOUSE, BUT STILL ALL HE TALKED AB...OUT WAS SUING EVERYONE. EVERY TIME WE WOULD CALL HE WOULD TELL US HE TALKED WITH THE ATTORNEY FOR THE MORTGAGE COMPANY, BUT ONE DAY I JUST GOT TIRED OF HEARING HIM SAY THAT AND GIVE US NO ANSWERS. SO I CALLED MYSELF TO FIND OUT THAT HE NEVER TALKED TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES ATTORNEY THEY NEVER EVEN KNEW I WANTED MY HOUSE! THIS MAN DID NOTHING FOR ME FOR 5 YEARS AND NOW IT MAY BE TO LATE TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO MY NAME BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. LOU WILL DO NOTHING FOR, BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY. LOU IS ONLY OUT FOR THE MONEY! I AM SO HEARTBROKEN OVER ALL THIS AND ON SO MUCH MEDICATION BECAUSE OF THE STRESS HE PUT ME UNDER ALL THESE YEAR! DO NOT EVER USE THIS ATTORNEY! HE WENT OUT ON DISABILITY AND NEVER EVEN TOLD US WE NEEDED ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

I have been involved in this nightmare with Capazzi for 4 years. He has ruined my life, I have lost all my belongings and he continues. I later found out she absolutely knew nothing about the case or myself. He refused to produce any work product, refused to speak directly to me, or even communicate ...with me by email. He has openly admitted to me numerous times that he failed me. I have supporting documents to confirm everything I have stated in this review. At this point my only recourse is to turn him in to the NJ Bar. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN IT WILL ONLY BE COSTLY & END POORLY. I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING THANKS TO LOUIS CAPAZZI, JR.

Mr. capazzi is not a good lawyer at all he does not respond to questions, he stayed in touch and was right there very attentive until I paid him the amount he requested and then he was non exitent. He didn't show up for court not once but four times, and then the icing on the cake was the fourth tim...e he told me not to go to court. BIG MISTAKE! made me look really bad my case was in front of a child support judge. And to this day 5/26/2014 has not given me back my money, I hired him back in August of 2013. and I am still chasing him. DO NOT HIRE HIM HE IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE LAWYER.
