In the beginning he did help keep us, to stay in are home ,and told me when and if the time came when I had to leave he would inform me .Ive been sent papers stating my home is going to the judge for auction basically and i have not heard from Loius or his staff . we should have been referred to anot...her lawyer at least . now what ??? we have been screwed from the mortgage companies lost a home in a fire and now we are going to lose this home thanks Louis ..

I was losing my home . Mr Capazzi promised us he'd get the rate lowered from 10 percent down to two, and if he couldnt do that he would get us help from the government since these loan companies got help. And if that didnt work maybe we could put it in my fiancees name and get a better rate but def...inietly a FIXED rate. He charged me $2500 cash and I kept the house but the mortgage went up twenty thousand dollars and its NOT a fixed rate and everything he said to this poor slobs was a lie. He was only concerned with his landscaping.Then he tried to say we didnt pay him in full! We are in a worse position than before we hired him and he was referred to us

Lou did my closing and was very helpful. I read another review on this site and do not understand why someone would have anything negative to say. He was constantly in touch with us throughout the entire process and was able to answer any question we had. From experience with other attorneys he is by... far the smartest I have dealt with, and very well prepared.
