Biography
Scott Laterra is a dedicated family law attorney in Hackensack and one of the founding partners at Laterra & Hodge, LLC. He is a Certified Matrimonial Trial Attorney, a distinction awarded by the New Jersey Supreme Court to only 2% of the lawyers in the state. He started his career at Rider University, where he graduated with his undergraduate degree. He then attended Seton Hall University School of Law for his Juris Doctor. Attorney Laterra was selected for Avvo’s “Client’s Choice Award” in 2015 and was recognized by the New Jersey State Bar Association for Contributions to the Amicus Curiae Brief in Lewis v.
