Russell Low and his firm were excellent in assisting us in understanding the process for a joint bankruptcy. We were over our heads in debt, about to loose everything we have worked for over the years and thought there was no way out. Hiring Mr. Low was the worst decision I have ever made. Thanks to his incompetence, I found myself in a worse position than before I decided to file bankruptcy. Anytime I contacted his office, I would be placed on hold and shuffled between incompetent employees. I would wait a minimum of 1 hour only ...to be told to leave a message. This call would NEVER be returned. I strongly advise anyone who is considering hiring this man to reconsider. PLEASE!!!!!
