I am writing this for whoever is in search of an excellent attorney in New Jersey and wants to feel safe, relief, positive experience, and outcome. The representation and advocacy of Omid S. Irani is 5-star+ service and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs it. I was extremely worried about my ...legal matter do to me being falsely accused of a crime. I came across Omid's reviews online so within minutes of me meeting him, explaining, and asking questions about my situation he assured me that I was in great hands and to not worry but just stay calm & focused. I hired him the same day to be my lawyer. He is patient, funny, calm, and extremely educated for those wondering. The communication options he offers are great additions for anyone’s case; he is available via app, email, and phone. Omid’s communication skills, responsiveness, and professionalism is exceptional, so do not overwhelm yourself with negative thoughts that he will not give you time or does not care. Trust in Omid’s process and strategies; a good/great outcome is the goal so do not expect him to rush things because it can backfire, he wants what's best. I was involved as the victim in a DV situation with an issued TRO and I found myself beyond lost and overwhelmed! I knew I needed someone to help me navigate the steps and legal process, but I was going to be doing all of this from out of state. I didn’t want to drop the TRO completely but the idea o...f a trial for a FRO was very intimidating. In addition to all this stress, I was beyond apprehensive when picking an attorney because I knew nothing about NJ and wasn’t able to go meet anybody in person to consult. I am not a resident of NJ which added a level of unknown to the situation since the case was in the courts of NJ. I am beyond thankful I found Mr. Irani via internet search and google reviews!! I called him up and he was the ONLY attorney out of the SEVEN that I called who answered pleasantly, explained everything in utmost detail and clarity, helped me understand every option I had in the case, and what each outcome would mean. I knew immediately that he was the best choice. My family even commented that my spirits had noticeably changed after our initial phone call, because it was the first time I felt confident about how this case was going to move forward. I was beyond relieved! I felt instantly at ease and I knew he was going to be the best advocate for me in this case. He answered every email and phone call in an outstanding timely fashion, if he didn’t answer right at that moment it was always within an hour. He never expressed any sense of irritation or annoyance with any of my redundant questions and always put my anxiety at ease on the days of the hearings. On the days of the Zoom court hearings (thanks to COVID), he was very professional and polished and I was proud that he was representing me. He was always well spoken, to the point, and made the proceedings move forward quickly when it was our turn. He did a fantastic job communicating with the defense and was very thorough in all aspects of the legal proceedings. He is a wonderful attorney and a pleasure to work with. After the case was finished, he again reached out to see how I was doing and how I felt with the outcome. During the whole process, I always felt like a person who was valued and cared for and that my voice mattered. I really appreciated this! He did get me the outcome I wanted and I am incredibly grateful for all his hard work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Mr. Irani. Hopefully I don’t need any more legal assistance in the future, but if I ever was to need an attorney again, he would be my first choice without a doubt. He is truly the most professional, approachable, and intelligent attorney I have ever met!!
