Omid Irani is an exceptional lawyer! I hired Mr. Irani to handle an expungement petition, which was granted. Before I hired Omid, I was skeptical of lawyers in general, because I was misrepresented by a trifecta of unscrupulous New Jersey defense lawyers during the original pretrial phase of my old c...ase. However, from the first time I spoke with Mr. Irani, during the initial consultation for the expungement petition, I was impressed with his professionalism and easy-going manner. Unlike my previous set of attorneys, Omid was not condescending or patronizing when addressing my concerns. Omid has extensive legal knowledge, and he quickly explained the expungement process with confidence. Another quality that I admire about Mr. Irani is that he will either call or e-mail you back promptly the same day if you have any questions or concerns. The online client portal message system that he uses is extremely efficient for uploading documents, downloading documents, or sending messages. I only wish that Omid had been practicing law several years ago during the time when my initial court case was being litigated. If Mr. Irani had been my attorney back then, I’m confident that Mr. Irani would have succeeded in winning my pretrial motion where my old attorneys failed. My previous attorneys were lukewarm, and they stonewalled my case and repeatedly cancelled my pretrial-motion court dates for years—never arguing any of the pretrial legal arguments in open court, until they bled my financial resources and ultimately railroaded me into submitting to a plea ultimatum.
