Biography
My number one focus is on practicing with candor and integrity. I work hard to resolve disputes in the most cost-effective and amicable manner possible. However, sometimes it is necessary to litigate and I am prepared to do so. My clients always hear the news, whether it's good bad, or ugly. Sugar coating only makes it worse. My background in psychology is helpful in counseling, but I am not a replacement for a therapist. My clients are not cases...they are people and I treat them as such. Many times, attorneys can be part of the problem; I strive not to be one of those attorneys.
