Biography
Frank V. Carbonetti, Esq., was born and raised in Lodi, New Jersey. Frank began working as a law clerk at Lucianna & Lucianna in 1996, and has been an associate and a partner at the firm since 1999. Ironically, Frank's grandfather (also named Frank Carbonetti), was an Assistant Prosecutor in Bergen County in the 1950's-1960's and had criminal trials against defense attorney/partner at Lucianna & Lucianna, Frank P. Lucianna.
Frank received his B.A. in Political Science from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 1996. During the spring of 1995, Frank had the opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious PD offices in the United States, the Public Defenders Office in the District of Columbia in Washington, as an investigator/ criminal case assistant.
In 1999, Mr. Carbonetti received his JD from Syracuse University College of Law, where he had the rare experience as a student of trying a high profile Syracuse case to completion in the Syracuse Criminal City Court, Syracuse, New York. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1999 and the New York Bar in 2000. As a Partner at Lucianna & Lucianna , he handles criminal matters ranging from d.p. offenses to 1st degree felonies.
