Members of my family and I personally have hired Cindy on multiple occasions for a variety of issues including estates, property and harassment. Not only is she a pleasure to work with she was always honest with us, upfront about what we can and can not achieve and charged us fairly. We have relied... on her tremendously as some of the issues occurred after we moved out of NJ but the legal issues remained in NJ. We worked remotely with ease and trust in all she accomplished for us. I've never written a review for an attorney before but this was a no brainer. She puts her clients first and earns every penny she charges.

Cynthia Cappell has been my attorney for over 20 years. She has handled all my legal issues, from divorce to custody and child support, as well as other legal matters. Cynthia has been very professional, returning my calls in a timely manner, sending knowledgeable correspondence, and appearing in co...urt on my behalf. She is extremely intelligent and knows exactly how to handle matters so that her clients have a positive outcome. I know my case would not have been settled so favorably for me if I had hired a different attorney. Please ignore any negative reviews. They couldn't be farther from the truth. I am at the end of a very unjust court battle. She happily took my retainer and knew my situation. After doing only what she HAS to, she does not explain the law, hangs up in my face, tells her secy to tell me she's on vacation moments after she sends an email and I ask her to help me with respon...ses. I have a very important court date set for the end of the month, and she won't answer my email to confirm it. I have a minor child in school who I need to make arrangements for. My case is complicated and she has no patience to explain the details. Now she is Incommuncato.

My Aunt passed away about 10 years ago. Her Estate has not been settled yet. I have called Ms Cappell several times a month over the past 10 years. She not only does not take my call but, she doesn't return it either. I only wish to put closure to this matter. I would think a good Lawyer would help y...ou do that! I would not recommend her as an Attorney to anyone.
