One of the best
Lou helped my son with his traffic violation points. He negotiated and was able to remove the points with practically no cost at all. We only had to pay the court fees. I would say he's one of the best if not the best.

Highly Recommendable Person
I was helped by Louis B Chapman for a traffic ticket I've received. He did a terrific job by eliminating 4 point in which were intended for the violation I committed. He also was able to drop all cost beside the court fee. I only paid $180 I’ll highly recommend him to anyone in need.
