I have been very active in community and religious affiliations for decades as well as my children's schools. Wonderful
We have been dealing with Louis for at least 15 years on and off. He is the best for legal advice. He's helped us with Real Estate transactions and tenant services. He is very honest and tells it like it is in understandable language. He is also personable and funny. We consider him a friend.

Amazing Results Fast
I had an issue with a landlord who didnt provide repairs they were contractually obligated to do, so I deducted money from my rent. Louis got him to replace the system within 24 hours of contacting Louis. Truely amazing and I cannot reccommend him enough.

Very responsive and thorough
Louis helped me review a rental lease and gave me valuable advice in negotiating the terms of the lease. He pointed out where I was vulnerable so I could go into the agreement aware of any risks. Very pleasant and friendly to work with. Will use him again!
